Presenter Commercial Agreements: To ensure 92.9 complies with the Broadcasting Standards Act 2000, we are obliged to disclose any commercial agreements 92.9 Presenters may have. Staff employed by 92.9 (Tamworth Radio Development Co Pty Ltd) have NO commercial agreements in place.
Some programs on 92.9 are relayed from the Supernetwork group of stations, this can include New FM, a register of any agreements these presenters may have can be viewed by visiting the New FM website. Local Content Compliance: 92.9 complies with Australian Communications and Media Authority Broadcasting Service Act. (Material of Local Significance - Notice). 92.9 provides at least three hours of Local Content, Monday to Saturday.
